Set on the Southeast tip of Turkey, Kilis is an idyllic Mediterranean City boasting lush vineyards, and olive and pistachio orchards. The city is the birthplace of our founder and Mehmet Kocakerim. Only 5km from the Syrian border, the region is renowned for its rich culinary heritage claiming rights to favourites such as lahmacuns, pides, charcoal kebabs and world famous Baklava layered with the region’s pistachios. True to our heritage, the food at Kilis Kitchen is prepared by hand using techniques passed down over generations.
